I am a wife, mom, and a Pain Warrior! I have several rare disorders for several years, including Hemicrania Continua, Ehler’s-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, and PCOS. Plus Depression and Anxiety, fun.

I contracted Covid 19 in September 2020. Within days of symptoms I was fighting for my life in Critical Care ICU at Cox Hospital Springfield. I was in a coma and on a ventilator for 9 days. I was hours from having a tracheotomy and sent to long term care. The doctors had done everything they could, it was up to God. It was a miracle when I woke up, all the nurses and doctors were so happy. I had been the first patient to leave the unit awake in weeks!

I am still fighting all the effects of the disease and the treatments. I have damage in my respiratory system and need Oxygen. I am alive and want to live every day to the fullest. God is good!
